The Cyclonic Oil-Water Separator utilizes specially designed axial vortex technology, optimized through CFD simulations, to create a stable internal vortex flow field. This ensures efficient and rapid separation of oil droplets in wastewater under strong centrifugal force (hundreds to thousands of times gravity). The separator is ideal for situations with oil content in the inlet below 50%, and it can handle small amounts of gas. The water outlet achieves drainage below 500mg/L, while the oil discharge end concentrates the produced liquid, such as achieving 50% oil content from a 10% produced liquid. This method is particularly effective for oil wells with high water content, aimed at increasing production.
