Introduction

 

The Fiber Ball Filter is a high-efficiency filtration system designed for both clean water and wastewater treatment. It is particularly suitable for precision filtration in oilfields, refineries, and other industrial applications.

 

The system uses specially modified hydrophilic and oleophobic fiber balls as the filtration media. Depending on operating conditions, the filter layer can be compressed hydraulically or mechanically to optimize filtration performance.

 

During operation, oily wastewater flows downward through the filter bed, where oil droplets and suspended solids are effectively captured. The filter media is regenerated through air or water backwashing, ensuring reliable and long-term performance.
