    Significance

The wastewater of this project is derived from the dewatering treatment of the tank farm at an on-site heavy oil power plant affiliated to an iron ore mine in Guinea. A combined process of CDFU and CDOF is adopted for the project, with a designed treatment capacity of 240m³/d. The core of this project lies in treating highly challenging industrial wastewater generated from tank farm dewatering.

By virtue of its patented CDFU cyclone dissolved air flotation device, combined with the CDOF ozone advanced oxidation technology, Sinokle has achieved efficient and stable pure physical demulsification and separation of the wastewater. Featuring a compact process flow and skid-mounted equipment, the system is highly suitable for the on-site deployment requirements of such large-scale mining projects, and it boasts the advantages of a small floor area and a short construction period.
