SINOKLE Successfully Ships Equipment for Phase III Oily Wastewater Treatment Project at an Overseas Oilfield

Recently, the core equipment for the Phase III oily wastewater treatment project built by SINOKLE  for a major oilfield in Congo, Africa, was successfully packed and shipped from SINOKLE's Sichuan manufacturing base. The equipment has officially departed for a coastal port and will subsequently be loaded onto vessels for sea freight to the project site. Following the successful delivery and stable operation of Phase I and Phase II projects, this marks another deep cooperation between SINOKLE and the oilfield client, demonstrating that SINOKLE's oily wastewater treatment technology continues to gain successful traction in the African market.

The Phase III equipment includes core treatment systems such as the CDFU (Cyclonic Dissolved Air Flotation), the CDOF (Cyclonic Dissolved Ozone Flotation) integrated unit, and SFM modified media filters, which will be used to treat mixed wastewater from oilfield combined stations, fracturing flowback fluid, and drilling waste fluid. Given the treatment challenges of this oilfield's wastewater - high salinity, high suspended solids content, high emulsified oil content, easy emulsification, and complex composition - SINOKLE fully leveraged operational feedback from the first two project phases and on-site water quality characteristics to optimize the process design and upgrade the technology for Phase III, ensuring stable effluent discharge that consistently meets standards, and providing a cost-effective integrated technical solution to the oilfield wastewater treatment challenge.
