Second Prize Awarded to Sinokle for Intelligent Filter Media in Tiangong Kaiwu Cup
On November 11, the First "Tiangong Kaiwu Cup" Talent Entrepreneurship Competition in Xinyu City officially concluded. A team composed of Jian Xiaowen, General Manager of Sinokle Technology, along with Tang Huajun and Zhang Xuli from the R&D department, participated in the competition. Their project, "KLE-pH Intelligent Intelligent Activated Filter Media — A New Material Focusing on Oil-Water Separation," stood out among numerous competitors and successfully won the second prize in the maker group.

The "KLE-pH Intelligent Activated Filter Media" presented by the Sinokle team represents an breakthrough in the field of oily wastewater treatment. With pH intelligent responsive technology at its core, this media addresses numerous challenges associated with traditional oily wastewater treatment methods. Compared to conventional filter media, this modified media demonstrates significant performance improvements across multiple dimensions. By intelligently modifying the surface properties of the filter media, it eliminates several cumbersome processing steps, effectively shortens the oily wastewater treatment cycle, and substantially reduces energy consumption and time costs in intermediate stages.

In terms of separation precision, this filter media demonstrates a significantly higher retention capacity for micro-oil droplets compared to traditional products. It ensures stable compliance of treated water quality with relevant standards, providing reliable assurance for subsequent water resource recovery or discharge. Moreover, its uniquely modified structural design offers distinct advantages by reducing the adhesion and clogging of pollutants on the filter surface. This substantially extends the service life of the filter media, lowers the frequency of replacement, and reduces both labor and material costs. These combined benefits lead to a significant reduction in the overall treatment costs for oily wastewater plants, such as those in the petrochemical, shipping, and machinery processing industries, covering aspects like equipment operation, consumables procurement, and operational maintenance.
