The reason and adjustment method of high water content of crude oil after stripping

Reasons for high water content of dehydrated crude oil:

1 Mixing valve pressure drop is too large;

2. The oil quality of raw materials deteriorates, the water content is high, and the oil-water separation effect is poor;

3 High voltage is too low, the electric field effect is weak;

4. The amount of demulsifier added is too small;

5 The oil-water interface is too high.

Adjustment method:

1 Properly reduce the pressure drop of the mixing valve;

2 Contact crude oil irrigation area to strengthen crude oil dehydration;

3 Appropriately increase the high voltage, such as the transformer gear is in a lower gear, it can be adjusted to high grade operation;

4 Increase the injection amount of demulsifier, but it should not be higher than 40mg/L;

5 Control the interface between oil and water.
