Technical Features of SINOKLE’s Reinjection Water Treatment Technology
The Shenzhen Clear Science & Technology Co., Ltd (SINOKLE)’s latest reinjection water treatment process is centered on the Cyclonic Dissolved Gas Flotation Unit (CDFU), combined with the HAC Hydrocyclone Separator and SIC Membrane Filter to provide an integrated solution for oilfield produced water treatment. This system enables a short-process, chemical-free, full-process treatment of produced fluids, ensuring stable compliance with reinjection standards. It features low water content in discharged oil and off-site disposal of dewatered solids by filter pressing.

Two Treatment Schemes for Reinjection Water
Based on actual project conditions, process requirements, and treatment challenges, the SINOKLE has designed two treatment schemes. The effluent quality of each scheme meets the A1 and A2 standards specified in China’s GB/T 41018-2021.
Scheme 1: Two-stage HAC + two-stage CDFU + two-stage KFM filters, achieving the A2 standard.
Scheme 2: Two-stage HAC + two-stage CDFU + SiC membrane filtration + CDFU, achieving the A1 standard.
